Creating Opportunities
Supporting Children and Adults with Disabilities, Their Families and Communities in Creating Opportunities Together

About Creating Opportunities
Creating Opportunities is a community organization developed for the purpose of supporting families of children with developmental disabilities in Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties.
Families are encouraged to celebrate their child’s strengths while acquiring knowledge and taking action.
Equipped with information and support received through Creating Opportunities, families access needed resources, champion the empowerment of other families and enjoy full lives as active members of their local community.
Together we are:
- Strengthening connections between families and their communities.
- Strengthening families through support, information, advocacy, leadership activities and family events.
- Strengthening communities through awareness and collaboration.
- Strengthening resources available to families and professionals in Oregon’s Mid-Willamette Valley.
